Return: 24hours after delivery, only if the product is damage or wrong or defective
Exchange: 24hours after delivery only if the product is damage or wrong or defective
You need to share unpacking video, clearly showing AWB number and all the side of the parcel, for return or exchange request. Upon reviewing, a return will be book from the same address as delivery address. It is responsibility of the customer to hand over the product in the same packing as received and attach a label provided by us.

Refund: Product refund will happen within 72 hours of receiving the product at our warehouse.
